President of the Women's Words Jury

The Very short bio Writer, director and producer, Chloé Ponce-Voiron is a very active filmmaker in the short film community. She is also the co-founder of the Women's Foundation and was part of the collective Osez le féminisme with whom she directed Vie de Meuf : Les relous which is in the Paroles de Femmes competition of the 14th edition of Très Court.
Chloé is a regular of the festival, she participated in the Jury of the Women's Words Competition the last three editions. This year, she is the president to bring her professional and militant glance.

the very short bio Laura Raim is a committed journalist, specializing in social and economic issues. She has collaborated with several media, including the Revue du Crieur, Le Monde diplomatique, Arrêt sur images, Fakir and the website Hors-Série.

Since 2022, she has been writing and hosting the program Les Idées Larges on Arte, where she addresses social issues that divide the intellectual field.

the very short bio Hélène Mitjavile is a producer and co-founder of Melocoton Films with Théo Laboulandine. She develops various films, from fiction to animation, from short to feature films, with a strong taste for international co-production.

His latest productions Scale by Joseph Pierce and L'âge tendre by Julien Gaspar-Oliveri, were respectively multi-awarded and nominated for the Césars for best short film.

the very short bio Reine Prat is a professor of literature and has held various responsibilities at the Ministry of Culture and Communication, where she wrote two ministerial reports on equality between women and men in the performing arts (2006, 2009).

In 2021, she published Exploser le plafond - Précis de féminisme à l'usage du monde de la Culture in which she asserts that "the world of arts and culture can become a powerful engine of change for the whole society. It is indeed a question of exploding a patriarchal order which runs to our loss".

Deputy Mayor of Tours

the very short bio Professor of English at the University, Elise Pereira-Nunes is also the deputy mayor of Tours and delegated to gender equality and the fight against discrimination.

An expert on these issues, she is an activist in several movements for women's rights and LGBTQIA+ people. She is very active in the fight against discrimination and inequality, particularly with youth and vulnerable groups.

the very short bio A young graduate of the Fémis, Victoria Neto is a director, screenwriter and photographer. In 2017, she produced and directed her first film Côté Obscur, which questions the shadow and light side of a young man in the midst of his quest for identity.

In her new short film Pema, which means "breathe" in Lingala, currently available on MyCanal, she tackles the theme of mental health in the black community. A subject that is still very taboo nowadays that the director wanted to highlight in her film.

the very short bio Valérie Rey-Robert is a feminist activist and essayist. Since 2008, she runs the blog Crêpe Georgette on which she denounces and fights against sexist and sexual violence.

She has published several essays on patriarchy, rape culture and sexism, notably through reality TV programs in her latest book Téléréalité : la fabrique du sexisme, published by Les Insolentes.
